Senior Manager, RMO, Client Delivery Operations

Job Description

As the Sr. Manager, RMO, Client Delivery Operations, you will be responsible for resource planning and staff allocation for our Media Practice area employee population. You are a strategic partner to Business Leaders, Finance and Talent Acquisition; your goal is to ensure the proper execution of our resource management operation.

You will report to: Director, RMO, Client Delivery Operations

Responsibilities:

  • Handle staffing escalations from start to finish ensuring that the business is supported throughout the process and resource management process is followed
  • Compile and analyze resource management reports (available resources, current resource allocations, capacity reports) for finance and business leads
  • Build partnerships with business teams to ensure cooperation in all work
  • Promote accuracy of data in workforce management tool
  • Collaborate with lead on the maturation of resource management processes and capabilities
  • Sync with Talent Acquisition, ensuring all internal staffing options are exhausted before external searches begin
  • Support business in reallocation efforts when needed
  • Maintain the data accuracy of Resource Allocation Plan

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in a Resource Management, Client Operations, or Project Management function
  • Experience ensuring accurate data entry and system updates
  • Collaborate with partners to gather and understand reporting requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and formulas
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools within Excel, such as PivotTables and PivotCharts.

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $78,000-$126,500. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
