Senior Manager, Revenue Operations

Job Description:
The Senior Manager, Revenue Operations assists in the development of data driven solutions for the Amplifi team and our clients - including report automation, analysis, and insight - with the objective of optimizing the performance of brand-focused and media initiatives. Success in this role requires the ability to manage complexity while collaborating across teams, experience within a media organization, and comfort with a lean operating environment that highly leverages automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will partner with leadership to design and execute revenue strategies that drive growth and efficiency.
- Build and maintain detailed revenue forecasting models, ensuring data integrity and accuracy across campaigns and clients.
- You will monitor pipeline health, campaign performance, and account growth to identify risks and opportunities for revenue optimization.
- Work with client success, commercial partnerships and trading teams to establish data measurement needs and work with data partners to facilitate the best possible measurement solutions across channels.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools to visualize revenue, performance metrics, and KPIs.
- Use SQL and Python/R for advanced data analysis and process automation to support revenue strategies.
- Deliver data-driven insights on media investment performance, campaign profitability, and client spend patterns.
- Design and implement streamlined workflows and systems for media investment tracking, billing, and revenue reporting.
- Automate routine data processes using Python/R to improve operational efficiency.
- Establish and enforce data governance and hygiene protocols across tools and platforms.
- You will present actionable insights and revenue updates to leadership and client stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in using analytics tools and interpreting data for decision-making.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of media analytics experience in a data-driven agency environment.
- Strong understanding of the media buying industry and using data to uncover insights to drive efficiency and ROI.
- You have knowledge of SQL for querying and optimizing data.
- Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools for data visualization and reporting.
- Expertise in Python or R for data analysis, automation, and modeling.
- Exceptional critical thinking abilities to synthesize data and deliver actionable insights.
- You can effectively present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $68,000-$110,400. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
