We are seeking a Senior Manager, Retention and Lifecycle Marketing to lead our customer retention and growth efforts. We’re looking for a dynamic marketer who is prepared to innovate customer retention efforts beyond traditional CRM marketing approaches. Does that sound like you? 

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both driving retention and growth through customer communications (email, SMS, push notifications) and executing campaigns across multiple customer touchpoints (paid media, on-site promotions, loyalty). This person will have a proven track record of optimizing key metrics such as conversion rates, monthly active users, and churn rates along with customer behavior to drive campaign performance.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute strategic campaigns to increase customer retention and grow bookings through email, SMS, push notifications, on-site and in-app messaging, and paid media
  • Drive performance across all areas of the customer lifecycle – from adoption, to expanding share of wallet, to winning back lapsed customers
  • Lead and mentor a team of lifecycle marketers, fostering their skill development and career growth
  • Analyze and translate data from various sources (eg. reporting dashboards, customer insights) into actionable insights, recommendations and strategic plans to enhance customer touchpoints, drive engagement, and improve conversion rates.
  • Identify areas for optimization and implement strategies to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Partner with the growth acquisition team to increase retention effectively and efficiently using paid media
  • Utilize segmentation techniques to customize communications and marketing campaigns

What You Have:

  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with a background in customer adoption, engagement, and retention. B2B2C/B2C e-commerce or marketplace experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience driving customer lifecycle marketing strategies and executing creative, high-performing multi-channel campaigns
