Senior Manager, Product Software (Identity Management)Job Summary
Senior Manager, Identity
Drives product roadmap prioritization and detailed product definition. Drives delivery of product and features, provides effective written and oral communication to leadership, and drives adoption of software best practices in the team.
Responsibilities:
Experience as a software developer and technical lead
Expected to recognize and continuously improve software engineering best practices on the team
Experience in incident management and operational excellence (Preferred)
Experience maintaining highly available core services (Preferred)
Experience in the Identity and Access Management space including key standards like OAuth 2.0+, OIDC and SCIM
Experience with Auth0 and Okta (Preferred)
Project and Program Management
Influences and collaborates with stakeholders of larger projects to plan software release calendar for cross-functional projects
Ensures the successful delivery of the projects
Provides leadership and direction to the team
Is accountable for the performance and results of direct reports
Influences all stakeholder communications with respective to project status, and budget utilization
Responsible for escalating issues and potential roadblocks to management, including making recommendations to address and resolve
Participates in software architecture, design reviews and DevOps processes of various projects and products
Understands product roadmap and projects infrastructure needs to meet the roadmap
Responsible for driving and influencing senior leadership decision making
Is able to effectively identify appropriate stakeholders
Builds and maintains effective working relationships and partnerships with stakeholders
Expected to resolve most issues to closure
Responsible for identifying and mitigating project execution risks
Guide and /or revise project plan to ensure it completely captures all activities and eliminates duplicative efforts
Qualifications:
3+ years professional experience in a software development leadership role
Bachelor's in Engineering preferred

The United States targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:
San Francisco, CA / Bay Area: $179,000 to $304,000 per year
California (Non-SF/Bay Area), Connecticut, Maryland, New York, New Jersey, Washington state: $172,000 to $293,000 per year
Colorado, Nevada, Rhode Island: $159,000 to $271,000 per year
Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
This position may be offered in other locations. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
