Job Description Summary:
The Senior Manager, Pricing Execution will focus on the corporate management of The Coca-Cola Company’s trade spend budget, field sales forecasting and trade spend accuracy, data integrity, and market spending coherency. This position will heavily support Head Quarter Pricing Execution, Finance, Customer and Broker Teams through rigorous routines and analytical work required to support business and process decisions.
What you’ll do for us
Lead assigned customer sales teams through the bottoms-up annual volume and trade planning routine that support the corporate level routine
Lead assigned customer sales teams through the monthly volume and trade performance routines that support the corporate level routines
Play a lead trainer role with assigned customer sales managers and brokers on corporate trade spending policies, in market coherency guidelines, and merchandising guardrails
Evaluates trade program investments, analyzes performance, and provides decision support to sales and HQ Pricing Execution to ensure delivery of plan objective
Reviews and analyze volume, trade programs input into the CAS, TPM systems for accuracy and team consensus
Collaborate with assigned customer sales teams to identify in year opportunities to close performance gaps and accelerate business opportunities
Actively leverages company online tools to drive team communication, speed decision making and improve collaboration
Actively builds relationships with Broker Sales Agency Business Support Team to drive process productivity and improved performance
Understand “key assumptions” that support annual trade investments and in market pricing and merchandising strategies
Manage the deployment and track performance of non-merchandising market investments
Requirements and qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
At least 3 years of CPG volume and trade management experience.
Ideal candidate will have strong end-to-end knowledge of customer management, planning and performance management, and sales support and/or operations experience.
Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of CPG industry.
Trade Management Experience: Ability to create, track, and review price/package/promotions for assigned categories and brands and building trade efficiencies in the business plan.
Familiarity with key data systems: Planning & forecasting tools (e.g. Transformer/TPM, CAS, Power BI, Analyze in Excel); syndicated marketplace information & data (e.g., Nielsen, Matrix); internal financial & sales reporting; internal performance management & execution metrics; Microsoft Applications (Excel, Power Point, Word)
