Our Sr. Manager Performance Enablement and Career Development requires a unique blend of expertise in talent, learning and organizational development, coupled with strong project management, analytical abilities, and relationship building skills.  As a member of the talent enablement center of excellence for CSG, the successful candidate will work with an enterprise team across a portfolio of talent, learning and organizational development initiatives to shape CSG as a learning organization, create a culture focused on continuous performance acceleration, build future-ready skills and capabilities in our employees, and drive CSG’s business growth. 

What you’ll do:

  • You will report to the Executive Director of Talent Enablement to contribute toward thought leadership to enable a high-performance, growth culture at CSG.

  • You will own end-to-end development and deployment of the performance management process, identifying potential solutions and change management plans to drive adoption of a frequent feedback/ coaching approach to ensure high-level employee performance.

  • Partner with and influence decision-makers (HRBP and leadership) across the business, demonstrating consulting skills. Maintain stakeholder alignment.

  • Develop talent management processes and programs necessary to create a ready and capable leadership pipeline; measure and monitor the health of succession planning, high potential identification, talent reviews and other approaches to closing talent gaps.

  • Design, customize, and curate meaningful learning solutions that break mental habits, foster new ways of thinking, build lasting participant connections, push leaders beyond their comfort zone, and create sustained behavior change.

  • Understand and use internal talent insights and industry talent market trends to build talent and organization capability.

  • Apply a data-driven approach to measuring the effectiveness of talent, leadership and learning and development programs and to continuously iterate to improve results.

  • Stay current with trends, research and best practices in talent, leadership, learning and organizational development, determining what is applicable to our CSG strategy.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience, advanced degree preferred (MA, MBA, PhD)

  • 10+ years of experience in a talent management, L&D, HRBP or similar role

  • Demonstrated success aligning large scale global learning and talent initiatives to drive business goals, from conceptualization through impactful execution

  • Experience in a fast-paced environment; prior experience in the technology industry

  • Strong background in establishing and managing meaningful metrics to drive improvement and results

  • Flexibility working across time zones as part of a global team

  • Working knowledge of HR tools/systems like Degreed and Workday

Position Pay Range:

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.

$115,043.95-$184,071.59

This role is eligible for a bonus opportunity.
