What you will do:

• Collaborate with product teams to manage and optimize product life-cycle processes, including pricing strategies, product hierarchy, and portfolio management.
• Implement and oversee standard work to ensure efficient business operations and support achieving business goals
• Act as a liaison to bridge gaps between customers, the commercial team, and the supply chain, facilitating successful actions and clear communication.
• Manage order execution from production to delivery, ensuring timely arrival of products to customers while addressing any logistical challenges.
• Support a global sales team with lead and opportunity management in Salesforce, consistent order management, and forecasting.
• Work with planning teams to review and adjust system data, stocking policies, and inventory metrics, collaborating with various departments to address product-related issues.
• Lead annual pricing and product hierarchy reviews, analysing regional pricing and margins to propose adjustments that align with business objective

Who you are:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related life science discipline
• Multiple years in an operational management and process optimization role
• Demonsrated ability to deploy strategic and tactical thinking to ensure smooth business operations
• Experience working in a matrix environment and managing multiple priorities and projects.
• Up to 30% domestic and international travelling.
