Senior Manager, Paid Social

Job Description:

• Plan and activate paid social media campaigns across Meta, X and LinkedIn, among other platforms.
• Manage the day to day workload for our client's paid social needs and deliverables.
• Work directly with clients to discuss paid social strategy, innovation and planning.
• Provide POVs both proactively and when requested
• Foster collaboration with other channels and partner with Client Services
• Act as primary point of contact for team escalation and participate in daily client communication.
• Oversee testing and learning for the account while mentoring junior team members

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in paid social media in an agency environment
• Previous/current experience managing direct/dotted-line reports and/or mentoring junior team members in paid social
• Experience working on campaigns that drive consumers to download apps
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLookups, Pivot Tables)
• Knowledge of implementing, optimizing and making client recommendations for full-funnel paid social campaigns
• Experience with testing and learning for paid social campaigns

The anticipated salary range for this position is $68,000-$110,400. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
