What you’ll be doing:

  • Driving business performance for our clients eCommerce and retail sales through search advertising and the Google Ads product suite.

  • Build and execute on strategies for Business and Partner success; ensure your teammates understand and embrace vision and goals

  • Be accountable for achieving performance marketing goals across market channels, website performance, etc.

  • Inspire, recognize, coach, and lead teammates on a day-to-day basis; be a champion of Tinuiti culture

  • Supporting partnership-level strategy, inclusive of quarterly and annual growth plans, contract modeling, resourcing/staffing decisions, and support of Business Development efforts

  • Develop strong partner relationships by leading strategic partner meetings, demonstrating and sharing expertise in media strategy, and driving business outcomes

  • Manage cross-functional team projects and stakeholders against goals and deadlines

  • Prioritize work and manage time effectively; serve as a multiplier by driving analysts to improve effectiveness and performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years experience in performance marketing, media buying, ecommerce, lead generation, financial services, consulting, or other quantitative/data-driven fields

  • History of making business decisions with quantitative rigor and adept in supporting skill sets such as: Excel, data visualization, and statistical analysis

  • Project management experience, including setting project objectives, determining a road map, and using PM skills/tools to drive success of initiatives

  • Exceptional leadership skills demonstrated through either: experience managing and leading teams or peer mentorship

  • Flawless written and verbal communication skills, with experience working with leadership teams and managing external stakeholders

The hiring salary range for this role is ($110,000 - $125,000). We also offer an incentive pay program (RevShare) comprising a monthly variable revenue payment opportunity and a discretionary annual performance bonus. 

Hiring salaries are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, parity with other team members, and alignment with market data. We will provide more information on our benefits, incentive pay, and equity upon request. Disclosure as required by the Colorado Equal Pay for > Equal Work Act, C.R.S. § 8-5-101 et seq.
