About the team + role
Our mission is to provide efficient, accurate, and compliant payroll services on a global scale, ensuring each employee is compensated reliably and timely. We strive to leverage technology and best practices to optimize payroll operations, fostering trust with our partners and across our diverse workforce.
As the Senior Manager of Global Payroll, you will manage all aspects of payroll for 2,400+ employees: exempt, non-exempt, with employees in the US and international jurisdictions. You will have the chance to serve as a key contributor on a strong team of payroll professionals and to drive improvement across both operational and technical payroll processes. The successful candidate will be someone who excels in a fast paced demanding environment, is accustomed to a hands-on payroll approach, has exceptional project management, communication and organizational skills, and is at home leading cross-functional work as the Robinhood Payroll subject matter expert. This position will report to the Director of Payroll and Stock Administration, and work closely and regularly with cross functional partners.
It is preferred that this role is located in one of the office locations listed on this job description which will align with our in-office working environment. This position is only eligible for remote work in limited geographies within the US where we do not have physical office locations.
