The Senior Manager of Demand Generation is a growth obsessed marketer with proven skills in developing and executing programs that build pipeline and grow revenue. The right person thinks beyond leads, focusing on attracting, engaging, and converting the right people at our prospective customer accounts. They are masterful at developing customer journeys and programs that drive awareness and consideration among our potential buyers. In this role, you must strike the right balance of strategy and execution, with a relentless drive to constantly test and improve. This person is proactive, and has a high level of personal accountability. They are intrinsically motivated and balance creativity with analytical skills. This role reports directly to the Sr. Director of Demand Generation. 

What You’ll Do:  

  • Build demand generation programs focusing on email marketing, marketing automation, A/B testing, and lead nurturing 
  • Grow new leads by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, lead generation content, and remarketing 
  • Develop account-based marketing (ABM) programs across the industries that we serve 
  • Work with sales to improve messaging, positioning, and outreach tactics that engage prospects 
  • Forge strong partnerships with internal teams such as partner marketing, BDRs, and Sales to guarantee the prompt rollout and seamless orchestration of campaigns. Engage in active dialogue to harvest insights and feedback, thus informing campaign refinement and precision targeting, and ensuring our messaging resonates perfectly with our audience. 
  • Master the buyer’s journey, strategically anticipating the role of marketing at each touchpoint 
  • Identify ideal customer profiles and tailor digital / ABM campaigns that not only resonate, engage and drive meaningful conversions 
  • Track and report on marketing campaign performance including funnel conversion metrics, pipeline and revenue influence 
  • Partner with internal and external creative and copywriting resources to design and develop content that drives engagement, action, and conversion 
  • Ensure timely deployment of initiatives and project success by managing stakeholders, calendars, budget, timelines, and processes 
  • Leverage marketing automation and lead management to streamline, automate and measure all marketing tasks and workflows 

What You’ll Bring:  

  • 7+ years of experience in demand generation or campaign marketing, ideally within a growth-oriented or early stage B2B SaaS or fintech business 
  • Strong understanding of CRMs (specifically HubSpot, Salesforce and Outreach), go-to-market strategies and marketing automation
