As a Marketing Operational Excellence Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our marketing operations to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and ultimately, drive business growth. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies, processes, and systems to streamline marketing workflows, improve collaboration, and maximize ROI across all marketing initiatives.

Let's talk about you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role (5-7 years) within Marketing Operations.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
  • Proficiency in marketing technology platforms and tools (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, analytics).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Let's talk about the role:

  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline marketing processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs, metrics, and reporting mechanisms to track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration between marketing and other departments (e.g., sales, product development) to ensure alignment and synergy in strategic initiatives.
  • Technology Integration: Evaluate, implement, and manage marketing technology solutions (e.g., CRM, marketing automation) to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to marketing teams on best practices, tools, and processes to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Budget Management: Work closely with the finance team to develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain quality standards and procedures to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance across all marketing activities.
  • Change Management: Lead change management efforts to drive adoption of new processes, tools, and initiatives within the marketing organization.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is: $156,000 - $234,000

​For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
