General Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Growth to lead our team of Growth Marketing Specialists and drive the development and execution of strategic growth initiatives. The Senior Manager, Growth will play a critical role in accelerating user acquisition, lifecycle engagement, customer conversion and retention through data-driven performance marketing strategies, while also optimizing marketing channels and campaigns. This role requires a strong blend of leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You have a deep understanding of digital marketing best practices, data analytics, and a proven track record of driving measurable results through growth experimentation and iterative testing.

You will report to the Senior Director, Growth Marketing. Through collaboration and in-depth knowledge of our products and customers, you will create and deliver impactful strategic marketing campaigns for key customer segments. You will collaborate with your team to develop strategies that maximize marketing impact via tactics and channels including email, in-app messaging, push, etc.

Core Functions:

  • Drive growth initiatives across various channels, analyze customer journeys, optimize the marketing funnel, oversee campaign execution, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to messaging strategies to improve engagement and conversions.Manage email, in-app, and push marketing campaigns and programs, including campaign setup, tracking, and multivariate testing.
  • Owning and improving the performance of digital marketing channels inclusive of forecasting, measuring, and reporting on digital campaign performance.
  • Use customer segmentation and engagement strategies to drive increased acquisition, conversion, and customer retention.
  • Lead a team that handles various aspects of marketing, including content, SEO, SEM, digital campaigns, and event marketing communications.
  • Develop and manage acquisition campaigns, leading the end-to-end process from concept to activation, measurement and optimization, ensuring optimized delivery and execution.
  • Lead digital acquisition program management for all paid campaigns, channel optimization, testing strategies, critical timelines and prioritizing dedication of key resources.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team of marketers, data, and product team members to help develop strategies and best practices to engage current and potential customers.
  • Work with team specialists to continually test, iterate, and optimize campaigns and tactics to drive towards specific KPI and business targets.
  • Track and maintain team KPIs and analytics including performance summary, multivariate testing, and conversion campaign tracking.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of marketing experience in a SaaS environment
  • 5+ years of experience in building, managing, and leading teams.
  • Strong communication, project management, time management, and analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented, very organized, a multi-tasker and able to work well under pressure
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Strong history of using enterprise-level email and multichannel service platforms to manage email lists, conduct audience segmentation, A/B testing, and deploy and track email, in-app, and push campaigns.
  • Demonstrated experience tracking data, including standard email engagement, metrics, and web analytics tools (Google Analytics).
  • Understanding of Agile marketing principles, values, and process or has a strong desire to learn.

Compensation:

Peaksware/MakeMusic is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The annual compensation range for this role in Colorado is $91,151-$151,919. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, and certifications.

This role is eligible for variable compensation, including bonus.
