Senior Manager, Global Physical Security

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager, Global Physical Security, to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive corporate security program. This role will be instrumental in developing and implementing a comprehensive security strategy to safeguard the organization's physical office locations, executives and employees, and physical security intelligence capabilities with a primary focus on the United States and Europe, while also encompassing the broader international landscape. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader capable of developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and programs that address the unique challenges of a dynamic technology environment. Responsibilities include developing and overseeing crisis management and business continuity plans, and directing the response to physical security incidents.
Responsibilities:
- Program Development & Implementation:
- Design, develop, and implement a global physical security program, including policies, procedures, and standards.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies.
- Establish and manage security systems and technologies, including access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection.
- Develop and manage a global travel security program, including risk assessments, pre-travel briefings, and emergency response protocols.
- Policy & Procedure Development:
- Create and maintain comprehensive security policies and procedures for executive protection, employee safety, office security, and global travel.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, federal, and international regulations.
- Develop and implement crisis management and business continuity plans, lead security incident responses, and ensure effective emergency communication channels.
- Establish and lead a physical security intelligence program, monitor various developments for threats, partner with relevant agencies, and provide security briefings and reports to leadership.
- Executive Protection:
- Develop and manage executive protection programs to ensure the safety and security of senior leadership.
- Conduct threat assessments and implement appropriate security measures.
- Coordinate with external security providers and law enforcement agencies as necessary.
