In this vital role you will lead the development of learning resources and training programs for field-facing representatives, with a primary focus on supporting product launches. This key leadership role will be instrumental in equipping our sales teams with the knowledge needed to effectively promote our products across markets around the world.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales leadership, marketing, medical, and patient access, to understand business strategy, objectives and sales training needs.
Develop comprehensive sales training curricula, including disease state, treatment landscape, patient access and product knowledge.
Design and deliver engaging training programs and workshops for sales representatives, utilizing a variety of modalities such as e-learning modules, live webinars, and in-person sessions.
Apply innovative design thinking and adult learning principles in the design of learning experiences for respective brands and product launches across BUs / global affiliates.
Create and maintain a library of sales enablement resources, including sales playbooks, job aids, and digital content, to support ongoing learning and development.
Partner with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content, incorporating feedback and updates as needed.
Evaluate the effectiveness of sales training initiatives through metrics and feedback mechanisms, making data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in sales enablement and adult learning, incorporating innovative approaches into training strategies.
Serve as a liaison between sales leadership and other stakeholders, communicating training objectives, progress, and outcomes.
Manage Vendors and corresponding budgets as needed for content creation and updates.

Basic Qualifications
Doctorate degree and 4 years of business experience
OR
Master’s degree and 8 years of business experience
OR
Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of business experience
AND
4 years of managerial experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs or directing the allocation of resources
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to engage and network with internal and external partners in relevant communities
Ability to lead and influence a broad spectrum of stakeholders towards achieving business goals
Ability to develop complex and innovative solutions to business problems without precedent
Experience of working with cross-functional global teams and building relationships at all levels of the organization. A change agent who is passionate about building an inclusive culture
Ability to understand, balance, and articulate both tactical and long-term planning issues
Strong project management and organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication combined with cross-cultural sensitivity
Broad range of GCO experiences
Experience building or executing people programs, organizational development strategies or learning opportunities
Ability to drive initiatives and programs across a global organization and within smaller working teams

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
