POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Manager, Field Service is responsible for frontline service leaders, service growth and delivery, key service account management, associate engagement, and development, and supporting Hachâs strategic priorities. This role will partner with Sales Leadership to select accounts for focused service growth, develop strategies to achieve desired impact, and deliver successful implementation of those strategies.
This position is a catalyst for organizational development while ensuring execution of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) using continuous improvement tools to drive countermeasures and process improvements.Â
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide leadership and direction to a team of frontline service managers who lead Field Service Technicians in the delivery of onsite service to Hach customers
- Partner with the Director of Field Service in the development, implementation and management of team budgets, growth targets, and other tactical and strategic initiatives
- Recruit, coach, monitor and appraise associate and frontline leader
- Promote associate engagement through clear, transparent communication, linking performance to service strategy and company vision
- Collect and report on competitive activity, business opportunities, trends and results within âŚ
