We are looking for a Senior Manager, Email Marketing [Customer Lifecycle] to join our growing Marketing team. By collaborating with other team members, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing our email marketing campaigns to increase patient and partner engagement, drive revenue, and support our overall marketing goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of email marketing best practices, a passion for data-driven decision-making, and a creative approach to campaign development.
This role will help lead the development and execution of email strategies that align with Prenuvo’s business objectives, focusing on increasing lifetime value of our consumer, healthcare provider and enterprise sales channels. Working cross-functionally across the organization, you will partner with sales, clinical operations, product management, and the broader marketing team. This is a fully remote role. Candidates located in the US (where we have clinic locations) are welcome to apply.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and manage email marketing campaign strategy, including planning, targeting, segmentation, and deployment of email campaigns that align with our business objectives.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date reporting on campaign effectiveness and performance to plan. Provide data-driven analysis of initiatives, using data to guide future optimizations of all elements of our email programs.
- Tracking, analyzing, reporting and optimizing programs - keeping stakeholders informed of performance wins, opportunities, and risks.
- Utilize A/B testing and performance analysis to optimize email content, subject lines, send times, and segmentation strategies for maximum effectiveness.
- Design and manage automated email workflows, including welcome sequences, nurture campaigns, and retention strategies.
