The Senior Manager, Customer Experience Initiatives and Analytics, is a senior-level position responsible for leading the development and execution of PosiGen’s Customer Experience team’s most important priorities. This role will work closely with the SVP Customer Experience and other senior leaders to identify and prioritize strategic opportunities, develop and implement plans to achieve these goals, and track progress towards successful completion
Essential Job Functions
- Lead the development and execution of the Customer Experience teams’ strategic plans in Customer Care, Collections, Monitoring and Field Services
- Work with senior leaders and front line teams to identify and prioritize strategic opportunities and customer experience gaps
- Develop and implement plans to achieve strategic goals
- Manage budgets for strategic initiatives
- Track progress towards achieving strategic goals
- Conduct data analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Communicate strategic plans and progress to stakeholders
- Indirectly manage resources participating in the planning and implementation of strategic initiatives
- Develop, measure and report on KPIs relative to each Customer Experience function
Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a management role
- 3+ years of experience in strategic planning and execution
- Experience in customer operations - sales and service, including contact center management
- Experience in renewable energy sector preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strategic planning and goal setting
- Execution management
- Proficient in Google Suite
- Proficient in Salesforce
- Analytics software preferred
