Golin is hiring an experienced Senior Manager with strong corporate reputation expertise across internal and external communication audiences and channels. We are looking for a dynamic and driven account leader to lead day-to-day work, operations, and corporate communications counsel for a roster of historic and iconic global brands. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about the work and leading team members, committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), a trusted and confident client relationship leader, and a collaborative partner.
What You’ll Do:
- Support day-to-day account management of corporate clients, ensuring integrated teams (traditional media, social media, employee communications, analytics) provide a high standard of client service
- Maintain a big-picture strategic view of client business and help to develop programs that support client business goals
- Help to lead account planning, reporting, budgets, resource management and client satisfaction/feedback
- Develop integrated communication strategies and tactics
- Provide outstanding client counsel to all client levels on a regular basis, thriving in a hands-on, collaborative environment
- Manage expectations against results, troubleshoot and be proactive in identifying challenges and opportunities, and ensure flawless execution of day-to-day client activities
- Write, review and edit client deliverables
- Provide inspirational leadership to team members by helping to develop their skills and expertise through coaching
- Manage team members’ time against client work scope and budget
- Responsible to oversee billability and client profitability
What You Have:
- Bachelors degree in marketing, communications or related field with 7 years’ experience. Must have worked in an agency in a client-facing role and welcome in-house corporate communications background
- Experience in financial services and tech a plus
- Passion for client service and an ability to juggle multiple projects and changing priorities
- Proven ability to lead an integrated team and drive development of integrated ideas/business solutions
- Background developing and executing corporate reputation programs, including corporate positioning, internal communications, business media relations and executive communications
- Ability to partner with team to execute and measure multifaceted campaigns and day-to-day communications initiatives
- A strong understanding of traditional media, and ability to integrate campaign strategies and tactics across earned, owned and paid media
- Demonstrated expertise in employee communications and engagement, employer brand/workplace reputation, organizational transformation, corporate culture, DEI and others
- Knowledge and interest around workforce and employee engagement trends to guide clients through these topics.
- Creative problem-solver and storyteller with superior writing skills, with the ability to develop and edit high-quality materials
- Poised and calm under pressure and a desire to immerse yourself in a client's business to become a true partner
- Believer in a strong, diverse and inclusive workplace culture, and will advocate for and contribute to efforts that enhance the environment for all
- Ability to identify and drive opportunity for growth with existing clients and participate in new business pitches with strategy, creative counsel and presentation support

Salary Range: $70,000 - $130,000
Golin has included the base salary range or hourly rate for this role. Actual compensation offered within the range will depend upon, among other factors: a candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience; actual ranges for current or former employees in the role; and market considerations.
