Senior Manager, Corporate Compliance

Location: U.S. Remote

OVERVIEW

This position supports all compliance functions of the Corporate Compliance Program and assists in structuring programs to ensure the processes are efficient and comply with regulations. The Senior Manager, Corporate Compliance will conduct investigations, develop policies, procedures, and compliance training.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Develops, maintains, and revises policies and procedures for the general operation of the Compliance Program and related activities to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct.
  • Provides support in the management of the Compliance Hotline, including investigating reported concerts.
  • Assist in identifying potential areas of compliance vulnerability and threat and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Acts as communications channel to receive compliance issues, collaborating with other departments to direct concerns to appropriate personnel for investigation and resolution.
  • Helps the Compliance Team respond to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and Standards of Conduct.
  • Monitors, and as necessary, coordinates compliance activities of other departments to remain abreast of the status of all compliance activities and to identify trends.
  • Participates in the development of corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues, provides guidance on how to avoid or manage similar situations in the future.
  • Acts as an independent review and evaluation body to assure that compliance issues/concerns within the organization are being appropriately evaluated, investigated, and resolved.
  • Assist with development of an effective compliance training program, including appropriate introductory training for new employees, as well as ongoing education for all employees and managers.
  • Remains up to date with all relevant laws, statutes, and policies

WHAT YOU NEED

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance-related roles across multiple compliance disciplines and/or business lines.
  • Strong foundation in operational, financial, quality assurance and human resource procedures with the ability to read, understand and apply laws and regulations.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of staff and interdisciplinary teams to achieve established goals.
  • Ability to communicate both orally and in writing and to be able to read, interpret and apply written information.
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office and able to learn other software as needed.
  • Ability to pass required background checks and clearances.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $99,500 - $130,000 per year.
