Job Description

The Senior Manager, Client Delivery Operations - Resource Management Office is responsible for resource planning and staff allocation of the Media Practice area Globally Sourced employee population. You are a strategic partner to Business Leaders and internal staffing partners; your goal is to ensure the proper execution of the resource management operation. You will manage multiple assignments and processes concurrently, prioritizing accordingly – within and outside of your team. You escalate matters that may have increased business risks at the right time and influence others through their professional experience.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Manage day to day operations for globally sourced employee populations sitting in India and Argentina.
  • Liaise with partners and lead weekly status meetings
  • Handle staffing escalations from start to finish ensuring that the business is supported throughout the process and resource management process is followed.
  • Compile and analyze resource management reports (available resources, current resource allocations, capacity reports, etc.)
  • Build strong partnerships with business teams to ensure synergy in all work
  • Collaborate with lead on the maturation of resource management processes and capabilities
  • Sync with Internal Staffing partner, ensuring swift processing of submitted candidates to onboarding/hire status
  • Support business in reallocation efforts when needed
  • Maintain the data accuracy of Resource Allocation Plan
  • Manage and lead small team
  • Review and approve monthly billing from partners
  • Manage adhoc projects as needed

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Resource Management role or similar function
  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of data in workforce management tool
  • Collaborate with partners to gather and understand reporting requirements
  • High energy, enthusiasm, flexibility, and a work with great sense of urgency.
  • Very comfortable managing multiple ongoing priorities simultaneously
  • Open and honest communicator with excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Willingness to learn and share knowledge with others through collaboration
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Comfortable with each day bringing a new challenge to solve. No day will look exactly the same!

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $59,000-$99,000. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law. A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available.
