Job Description
Procore is seeking a highly motivated and strategic marketer to drive growth in the Owners segment, a key opportunity for our company. In this role, you will be responsible for activating Procore’s new marketing messaging for Owners: encompassing the entire lifecycle of the Capital Asset, from planning through building and operation.
This Senior Campaign Manager role for NAMER will lead pipeline-generating marketing activities and campaigns for the Owners market. You will develop and communicate the overall strategy to stakeholders, while managing your team to execute campaign builds, launches, and targeted marketing efforts to drive pipeline and revenue growth. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Operations, etc, to integrate diverse priorities, ideas and goals into a cohesive, effective marketing plan.
This position reports to our Director, NAMER Campaigns and spans all of our GTM Owner segments (from SMB all the way up to Strategic). This role can sit in any US office or remotely within the US. Travel to our Carpinteria, CA headquarters will be on an as-needed basis.
What you’ll do:
Oversee a team of individual contributors responsible for designing, developing, and executing high-performing marketing campaigns
Partner closely with counterparts on the Account Executive and Sales Development teams to understand feedback from the field and gain buy-in on upcoming plans
Partner closely with counterparts on the Product Marketing team to align segmentation, key messaging, audience research, content creation, and product priorities with marketing campaigns
Engineer a channel strategy based on historical data analysis and partnership with our digital marketing team to maximize MQLs and pipeline
Create and optimize cross-channel evergreen programs that create predictable performance over time
Create quarterly programs based on timely market occurrences and corporate priorities that keep our messaging fresh and compelling to buyers
Champion testing, optimization, and implementing new initiatives across every piece of the funnel
Develop a deep understanding of customers, products, and the buyer’s journey
Skills and Experience:
8+ years of working experience in demand generation or similar role, 3+ years experience in B2B SaaS
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
The ability to effectively "manage up" by presenting ideas, perspectives, and concise marketing plans to the leadership team
A strong track record delivering results across all online and offline demand generation channels and significantly scaling revenue contribution
Understands alignment and is comfortable working with senior sales leadership, working with Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives
Highly motivated, self-starting nature; you respond positively to moderate guidance yet are capable of (and comfortable with) independent critical thinking and problem-solving, and a micromanager is your worst nightmare
Out-of-this-world project management skills, detail oriented work documentation, with the ability to multi-task and complete projects flawlessly under tight project deadlines
You can pivot and adapt in a quickly changing environment
Strong understanding of marketing operations/automation and marketing analytics
Additional Information
Base Pay Range $129,600 - $178,200. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
