ABOUT THE ROLE

Procurify is looking for a seasoned, ambitious, and driven person who is passionate about sales development. 

You are a person with a knack for leading teams, hiring well, and building playbooks, and you’re motivated by helping our customers achieve the best version of themselves.

What you’ll be working on
  • Coach + develop your people! You’ll be responsible for a stellar team of driven SDRs + BDRs, driving SQLs and Qualified Pipeline to the Sales team. Tailor your 1:1s to connect, actively listen, and give meaningful feedback so your team can hit quotas and maximize time.

    • KPIs: ~45-90 SQLs & ~$800k-$1.65M in Pipeline per Quarter, activities of 100+ dials/day (automated dialer in use) with 1 meeting booked per day, “speed to lead” metric of <5 minimum lead intakes to follow up on.

  • The SDR & BDR team’s primary responsibility is to generate highly qualified inbound opportunities for the Sales team. You’ll be their mentor and will champion the team to support quota attainment to a 80/80 minimum (meaning: 80% of the team hits over 80% of quota).

  • Help coach, motivate, and drive the team on the entire sales process: from creating sales scripts & email templates, to crafting each stage and customer touchpoint of the sales cycle.

  • Alignment is paramount to win - even more so in a remote-first company in hyper-growth mode. You’ll execute on Procurify’s vision for the Sales + Business Development teams and ensure transparency and advocacy by collaborating with our Sales leaders and other stakeholders across the organization to maintain tight feedback loops. 

  • Lead the Sales + Business Development teams in building and testing strategies to grow into predictable revenue, supported by data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration.
