We are looking for someone passionate about luxury hospitality with strong existing knowledge of what it takes to deliver outstanding service. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, ambitious, and determined person who wants to take their career in the luxury hospitality space to the next level. They will understand the UHNW customer deeply and have excellent existing luxury hospitality and people management experience.

General Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with clients, restaurants, vendors, and team members to deliver great service across dining, experiences, travel and luxury goods. 

  • Completing end-to-end member requests

  • Supervising relatively junior customer service staff, including managing rotas, holding them accountable and balancing the need to maintain standards with the need to be their ally.
