The Senior Loan Bond Administrator is responsible for conducting comprehensive research, providing analytical support, and monitoring market risk and property performance within the commercial mortgage loan portfolio. This role oversees the financial conditions of loans and borrowers, ensuring thorough tracking and assessment of credit risk. Additionally, the administrator prepares regular risk rating reassessments and documents any necessary adjustments to credit risk ratings. Serving in a senior capacity, this position leads special projects, system upgrades, and testing initiatives while offering strategic recommendations to enhance processes and solutions.

  • Estimated Salary:$58,600- $65,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • A Senior Loan Bond Administrator analyzes complex mortgage loan activities from acquisition through disposal or maturity.
  • Take ownership of the issue. Research and resolve accounting and payment irregularities, legal issues, and document interpretations.
  • Coordinate with other business units, ensuring that problems are resolved with a sense of urgency.
  • Monitors and tracks the financial conditions of loans, borrowers and property performance.
  • Prepares a regular reassessment of risk ratings, and the documentation of changes in credit risk ratings when appropriate.
  • Prepares and presents status reports to senior management on a regular basis.
