Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in Learning Management Systems—specifically SumTotal, ComplianceWire, and  LearnShare LMS platforms. This role will be technical hands-on, collaborating with various global business functions to understand their training and development needs, and translating those requirements into effective LMS solutions. As the Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in optimizing and enhancing our LMS platforms to ensure they meet our evolving learning and development objectives. This is a technical, hands-on role as well as executing on the develop, analyze and execute on global LMS initiatives and roadmaps.

Essential Functions of the job:

 LMS Implementation & Configuration

  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) and lead for SumTotal LMS , LearnShare and ComplianceWire LMS implementations, upgrades, and configuration changes.

  • Oversee system setup, user access, security, and system workflows to ensure efficiency and scalability.

 Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering

  • Collaborate with global business functions—to gather detailed LMS requirements.

  • Conduct needs assessments, gap analyses, and feasibility studies to recommend optimal configurations and enhancements.

 Solution Design & Documentation

  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical design documents.

  • Partner with other technical functions as needed such as data analytics, infosec or infrastructure team to deliver on LMS requests, projects and initiatives.

  • Build reports, dashboards, queries and data extracts as requested by key business users

System Administration & Troubleshooting

  • Provide advanced troubleshooting support, resolve system-related issues, and work closely with vendor support to address escalations.

  • Manage ongoing system maintenance, including user provisioning, reporting configuration, and data integrity checks.

  • Ensures high level of customer service

Project Management & Stakeholder Communication

  • Plan and manage LMS-related projects and enhancements from inception to delivery, including scope, timeline, and resource allocation.

  • Execute project tasks to ensure tasks and/or workstreams within the larger project is completed in a timely manner

  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership on project status, risks, and progress.

Training & User Adoption

  • Design and deliver training and support materials for LMS users, administrators, and internal teams, driving adoption and adherence to best practices.

  • Champion a culture of continuous learning and advocate for new features and functionality to enhance the user experience.

Compliance & Best Practices

  • Ensure the LMS meets regulatory and organizational compliance requirements, including data protection and accessibility standards.

  • Stay current on LMS industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, sharing insights with the broader organization.

Education, Required Experience:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field/experiences

  • 4+ years hands on experience with system administrator of Learnshare and/or ComplianceWire

  • Experience as a business analyst

  • Resourceful, quick learner of other software programs and tools

  • Keen attention to detail and quality of work product and service

  • Demonstrated ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, exercise sound judgment, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

  • Proven experience in troubleshooting, working with vendors on escalated issues

Salary Range: $96,700.00 - $131,700.00 annually

BeiGene is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Actual compensation packages are determined by several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, certifications, relevant education or training, and specific work location. Packages may vary by location due to differences in the cost of labor. The recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for a preferred location during the hiring process.  Please note that the listed range reflects the base salary or hourly range only. Non-Commercial roles are eligible to participate in the annual bonus plan, and Commercial roles are eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
