Bright Vision Technologies has a immediate opportunity for a Senior IT Project Manager based out of Hazelwood, MO (Remote).

Job Title: Senior IT Project Manager
Job Location: Hazelwood, MO (Remote)
Job Type: Contract

The primary role of an IT Project Manager is to oversee and ensure the successful application of project management methodologies across all phases of a project's lifecycle. This includes managing project design, scope, budget, timelines, resources, and quality while ensuring deliverables meet organizational needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, track, and manage project budgets, plans, timelines, and scope.
• Oversee project resources, including staffing, motivating, coaching, and advising team members.
• Collaborate with functional project teams to define business requirements.
• Lead developer teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business objectives.
• Define and implement test plans to ensure products are defect-free before User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Facilitate UAT processes, including developing rollout plans and procedures.
• Prepare and present cost-benefit analyses to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to systems development and project management processes.
• Deliver presentations to steering committees or project sponsors.

Required Skills:
People Management: Strong skills in team building, motivation, and leadership.
Adaptability: Proven ability to exercise sound judgment in dynamic environments and manage competing priorities effectively.
Business Acumen: Quick understanding of business processes and ability to collaborate with stakeholders across different organizational levels.
Risk Management: Strong ability to assess risks and apply management principles to technological applications, products, and business functions.
Technology Delivery: Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in large-scale, multi-platform environments.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (required).
MBA or other advanced degrees (preferred).

Certifications: PMP or PMI certification.
