Senior IT Organizational Change Manager

- Supports change implementations of moderate and high complexity with a technology component that has impact throughout the enterprise or change implementations with impact directly within the technology organization.
- Gathers information from leadership, technology partners, and project teams to understand changes to processes, systems, technologies, or ways of working. Analyze information to determine impact on employees and create change management strategies and plans to manage the people side of change.
- Design and implement actionable organizational change management plans in partnership with internal teams and leadership – includes communication plans, training and coaching plans, sponsor roadmaps, resistance management, and sustainment plans.
- Identify ways to reduce misinformation, collect feedback, and measure effectiveness of communication and engagement activities throughout the change.
- Create and manage metric tracking to measure change adoption before, during and after change.
- Conduct readiness assessments and evaluate results to relay key findings to internal partners and leaders.
- Integrate change management activities alongside project milestones to support implementation.
- Maintains and updates change management documentation throughout the project lifecycle and reports on change activities.
- Support development of training plans and training reference materials (training decks, quick reference guides, facilitation guidance – does not include facilitation support, elearning or other advanced instructional design support).
- Identify and manage resistance by evaluating potential enhancements to technology, training or communication plans, and other activities; recommend and implement corrective action plans to address concerns.
- Collaborate with internal business, training, communication, and marketing teams to support change management activities.
- Provide internal OCM guidance for large-scale change implementations where vendors are also supporting OCM activities.
- Plan and conduct focus groups with employees, including senior leadership, and analyze findings to support change management activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and leaders to track and address change management dependencies, risks, issues, and action needed for successful adoption.
- Contribute to organizational change management strategy sessions for continuous process improvement.
- Mentor other organizational change management practitioners in advanced methodologies and practices.
- Performs other duties as assigned

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience. Master’s degree preferred. 5+ years of organizational change management. In-depth knowledge of Organizational Change Management operations, policies, procedures, standards and existing technology and systems environments. Project and program management experience.
Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.
Technical Skills:
