About the role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Integration Consultant. You will be responsible for helping us achieve the full potential of the integrations we build and working alongside a global software development group, directly with our customers and our key technical partners within the recruiting, HR and payroll space. Â
To succeed in this position, it is important to have a proven track record of integrations across multiple complex systems at scale and to provide guidance for future integrations and implementations. This role is essential to defining how we enable custom integrations thus enhancing our efficiency during and post-implementation and in turn, further elevating the customer experience.
What you'll be doing:
- Own the implementation of 3rd party integrations to improve products and services with a focus on custom HRIS and CRM integrations, testing support and coaching customers on best practices
- Own the inbound integration pipeline and work with solution consultants for scoping technical integrations and Customer Success Team for current customer integration requests
- Perform complex data migrations and advanced imports/exports between multiple systems (ATS, CRM, HRIS, etc.)
- Configure new and reused integrations using middleware tools such as Prismatic, Workato or Zapier
- Create Integration Summaries and Documentation for customers and development team
- Work closely with developers & engineers to drive the product integration roadmap related to new integrations and product workflowsÂ
- Define strategies for how to rollout new integrations for new and existing customers
- Design interim integration solutions and document best practicesÂ
- Handle customer communications and setting expectations to drive maximum adoptionÂ
- Own the A to Z of new integrations through tracking and monitoring, testing and troubleshootingÂ
- Manage and prioritize concurrent integrations
- Lead requirements gathering and documentation sign-off for âŚ
