Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Integration Architect/Sr Developer with a minimum of 12 to 18 years of expertise in designing and implementing complex integration solutions utilizing Integration suites such as Mulesoft/Azure Services/SAP CPI/Boomi. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of Integration tech stacks, message brokers and architecture, with a strong emphasis on cloud-based integration platform hosting. This resource will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Integrations platforms and interfaces that enable seamless data exchange between various systems and applications, with a primary focus on cloud-based hosting.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement integration strategies and architectures that align with the organization's business objectives and digital transformation initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and define integration solutions that meet those requirements. Evaluate and recommend appropriate integration technologies and platforms, with a strong emphasis on cloud-native infra-platforms and cloud services (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure). Design, architect and develop complex integration solutions, considering scalability, security, and performance. Develop POCs using integration platform to add new capabilities to the Astreya’s integration practice. Create detailed integration architecture and design documents, including data flow diagrams, sequence diagrams, and technical specifications. Lead and guide development teams in the implementation of integration solutions, ensuring best practices and standards are followed. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, identifying and implementing corrective actions as needed. Stay up-to-date with the latest integration trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, especially in the cloud integration space. Try, test, and evaluate new integration platforms and tools with developing POCs. Create documentation for Architecture patterns, best practices and explore new ways of doing cloud-native integrations in AWS, Azure and GCP. Collaborate with the infrastructure and security teams to ensure integration solutions are secure and compliant with data protection regulations. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior integration team members. Work with Astreya US leadership team to drive new business opportunities and grow the Integration practice.

Qualifications/Skills:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as an Integration Architect/Lead Developer with a minimum of 12 to 18 years in designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions using integration platforms including Mulesoft. Deep knowledge of integration patterns, API management, message queuing, and other integration technologies. Experience with at least 2 to 4 integration platforms among Mulesoft, Boomi, Celigo, Cleo, Workato, Azure Services, SAP CPI/CPO, and Jitterbit including MuleSoft as must have. Strong expertise in cloud-based integration platforms and services, such as AWS Lambda, Azure Logic Apps, Google Cloud Pub/Sub, and cloud-based ETL tools. Well versed in implementing CI-CD frameworks for Integration platforms utilizing Git/GitLab and DevOps technologies such as Jenkins or AWS CodePipeline. Strong expertise in message broker platforms such as Solace, Kafka, NATS.io, JMS for implementing Pub/Sub or Asynchronous patterns for integration interfaces. Must have knowledge of Cloud databases and object storages such as DynamoDB, RDS, EBS, EFS, S3 along with container technologies like Kubernetes or EKS. Experience with Cloud infra-platform automation technologies such as CloudFormation, Terraform, Chef, Puppet will be a plus. Experience in implementing High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions for Integration Platforms utilizing technologies like Mirrormaker will be a plus. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, Groovy, JavaScript. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Relevant certifications in cloud platforms and integration technologies are a plus. Experience with agile development methodologies is desirable.

Salary Range

$174,724.00 - $348,480.00 USD (Salary)

Where an applicant or employee is placed on this range will depend and be contingent on objective, documented work-related considerations like education, experience, certifications, licenses, preferred qualifications, among other factors.
