 The Senior Insurance Product Content Professional Creates content for insurance products through product development collaboration and capabilities alignment. Ensures continuity and consistency of message across a variety of media. The Senior Insurance Product Content Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Location: remote

The Senior Insurance Product Content Professional role is responsible for partnering with content owners and IT to update requirements for medical and pharmacy information within the Annual Notice of Change (ANOC) and Evidence of Coverage (EOC) for Individual Medicare. This also includes coordination of user acceptance testing and defect resolution for medical and pharmacy sections within the documents.

This role requires project management resource alignment with multiple stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Handles relations with internal teams and vendors.

  • Counsel others on production techniques and processes.

  • Provides input on functional strategy, compliance requirements and implementation support of new benefits & programs.

  • Manages document updates related to benefit and/or regulatory changes.

  • Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction.

  • Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

The role will handle additional projects and responsibilities as needed to support the team’s objectives.

Role Essentials

  • 5+ years of experience in areas such as product development, Medicare Advantage, document review processes and/or project management  

  • Experience gathering, reviewing and confirming compliance related information from multiple stakeholders

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ability to quickly learn and navigate new applications

  • Proven ability managing collaboration efforts and competing timelines among cross-functional teams

  • Ability to facilitate and lead meetings with multiple stakeholders

  • Exceptional communication skills

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


 

$69,800 - $96,200 per year


 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
