Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through the entire implementation lifecycle, from kick-off to go-live, ensuring a seamless transition.

  • Gather and analyze requirements to configure the Provision IAM platform to meet customer needs.

  • Assist customers with integrations to HR platforms, Active Directory, Core Banking Systems, and other critical applications.

  • Conduct administrator and end-user training to ensure proper usage and adoption of the Provision IAM solution.

  • Develop user documentation, guides, and best practices to support clients post-implementation.

  • Troubleshoot Tier 1 support issues, including system integration blockers and other technical concerns.

  • Provide valuable insights and feedback to the Product Team, identifying recurring client needs for future development.

  • Communicate confidence in the Provision IAM solution, our approach, and our team, ensuring client satisfaction and engagement.

  • Provision IAM is a small, fast-paced technology firm requiring collaboration with Sales, Product, and Operations.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing Implementation role within a SaaS company.

  • Strong ability to manage multiple customer implementations simultaneously, ensuring adherence to defined milestones and timelines.

  • Deep understanding of IAM principles and the ability to articulate how the product addresses customer pain points.

  • Experience working in a remote environment with strong self-motivation, discipline, and initiative.

  • Excellent time management skills, productivity, and proactive problem-solving while maintaining clear communication with team members.

Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Required)

  • Familiarity with midPoint, an open-source identity governance and administration platform by Evolveum.

  • Understanding of Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC) and best practices for IAM solutions.

  • Experience working with Active Directory, optimizing its structure for RBAC policies.

  • Familiarity with financial institution security requirements and compliance frameworks such as FFIEC and SOC 2.

Additional Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

  • Must be proficient in English, both written and spoken.
