Senior Implementation Consultant

What you will be doing:
This role will be responsible for ensuring that a high standard of service is consistently delivered across all Premier implementation engagements. Supporting products that include mission critical information to the daily operations of healthcare providers. Implementation scope is complex and varied consisting of enterprise-wide deployments that include strategic, operational, technical and data related components. This position will be responsible for executing against organizational goals, driving an exceptional customer experience, measuring performance and maximizing revenue recognition. Responsibilities will include implementing/tracking performance metrics, monitoring project performance, scheduling projects, working with customers on all phases of an implementation including training of the product solutions, recording revenue recognition milestone and collaborating with leadership on methodology continuous improvement.

Implementation Management
• Configure and implement software products to meet specific customer requirements
• Create detailed project plans and conduct regular project reviews to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Work individually or within a team on software consulting projects
• Work directly with Premier employees to train and mentor
• May include some customer support and presales activities
Responsibility #2 – 20%
Continual quality improvement
• Continual refinement of methodologies to ensure optimal client results
• Working towards operational excellence and continual quality improvement to drive an optimal client experience as well as internal efficiency
• Coordination with other teams/individuals involved in the service delivery process
Required Qualifications
Work Experience:
Years of Applicable Experience - 7 or more yearsEducation:
Bachelors
Preferred Qualifications
Skills:
Exceptional leadership, client management, organization, and interaction skills
Customer focused professional
Experience:
Implementing large scale ERP software in a healthcare environment
Experience in materials management, purchasing, accounting, G/L or contracting
Experience with project management, leading and driving projects to fruition
Education:
Master's degree
