Sets up and installs technical systems, applications or processes related to ATM, Self-Checkout and other equipment / application implementation and operation. Tests and troubleshoots functionality of installed systems, identifying and documenting technical issues and ensuring their appropriate escalation and resolution. May work with clients on-site or remotely to provide installation assistance. Provides complete professional service support, including the identification and development of solutions, systems, applications and processes to meet client needs and expectations.

  • Independently leads small- to mid-size customer implementations and projects.
  • Expedites equipment as needed.
  • Releases equipment on sales orders per schedule.
  • Orders supply items for installation projects (tubing, wire, etc).
  • Verifies accuracy of sales orders.
  • Coordinates resources, equipment and parts for assigned projects.
  • Assembles and directs the project team to stay within the target margin or budgeted cost.
  • Applies project management best practices to all implementation activity.
  • Documents, updates and maintains subcontractor information including address, phone numbers, performance and certification information.
  • Provides user support to ensure customer expectations are met / exceeded.
  • Serves as focal point for assigned customers, addressing questions, issues and concerns.

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Implementation and Transformation.
  • Knowledge of Construction terminology, blueprints/shop drawings/Spec sheets etc. 
  • Good business English skills (Written and spoken), to communicate with all levels of organizations. 
  • Ability to travel, if needed

Salary Range: $65,000 to $75,000. Actual compensation for this role will depend on several factors including your qualifications, skills, competencies, geographic location, internal equity, and relevant experience.
