Are you passionate about HR technology, automation, and data-driven decision-making? As a Senior Human Resources Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing HR systems, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and seamless integration across HR functions. You’ll collaborate closely with HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, and the Program Management Office and business leaders to manage and improve HR technology solutions that support strategic initiatives and automation efforts.

RequirementsYou’ll Get a Chance To
- Manage a variety of HR systems, programs and analytics - including HRIS, employee survey and data analytics, key employee metrics, compensation support, compliance reports and more.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance by maintaining HR systems, managing employee data changes, including new hires, terminations and pay rate changes, and ensuring HR data reporting aligns with regulatory requirements (e.g., EEO reports, California pay data).
- Enhance HR technology processes by managing HRIS configurations, streamlining workflows, and integrating with benefits providers, payroll vendors, and compliance tools via SFTP, APIs, and automation solutions.
- Improve the employee experience by optimizing HR self-service tools and supporting HR teams in leveraging technology for efficiency.
- Act as a project manager for HR system enhancements, working closely with IT and HR teams to implement updates, troubleshoot issues, and support system upgrades with minimal disruption.
- Own HR data analytics and reporting, providing workforce insights, compliance metrics, and system usage trends to help HR and leadership make informed decisions.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present HR data to stakeholders.
- Maintain and update SharePoint HR content and access, ensuring policies, resources, and internal communications remain current and accessible.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, IT, and other stakeholders to improve HR technology strategy and execution.
What You Bring to the Team
- 5+ years Human Resources analyst experience.
- Expertise in HR data structures, system integrations, reporting tools, and HR analytics.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead HR system enhancements and execute employee data changes accurately and efficiently.
- Experience with HRIS platforms, automation tools (Power Automate), and API/SFTP integrations for seamless system functionality.
- Experience with HR data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and proficiency in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
- A process-improvement mindset—always looking for ways to enhance HR workflows through technology and automation.
- A passion for HR compliance and data privacy, ensuring accuracy in reporting and system security.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to align HR technology with company goals.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience with employment law compliance.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
