Help support Workday configuration and integration development for large multinational organization that encompasses HCM, compensation, payroll, talent acquisition, and employee development user experience using experience with Workday development tool sets such as Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Studio, Workday Report Writer, and iLoad as well as XSLT, XTT, XML and object-oriented development (including Java) and Web Services and APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST and WS standards). Design and develop interfaces by conducting unit and integration tests and build Workday Integrations for Third Party Systems and Internal Systems using Workday Integration tools like EIB, WD Studio, Cloud Connectors and Document Transformation. Create workday reports from jobs scheduled for audit purposes and send reports to internal audit teams to ensure reports are compliant while monitoring compliance run results. Assist with Workday research and resolve day to day Workday issues. Work with company to support the new Workday requirements, create and update Workday configurations based on requirement changes, and provide support for processes in Workday as required. Work on CORE HCM functional/technical design documents for new enhancements and recommend defects, remediation solutions in business language to support the business and maintaining mitigating controls library and mitigated users in CORE HCM. Help maintain Workday security development functions, such as security designs, configurations, testing and deployment of Workday security into production. Provide mapping of employees to security groups for assignment of security in all phases of testing and production, including understanding and ensuring security and data privacy standards. Coordinate with vendors to understand new technology scope and association with new functionality and security and help develop awareness of divisional and data security and comply with policies and procedures. Understand and maintain employees' Data Privacy compliance measures, HR laws, and regulations associated with resource and data management.
Requirements: Master’s degree in Database Administration, Data Science, or any IT-centric Engineering discipline and five (5) years of experience in job offered or five (5) years of Workday-related human resource database information services experience
Salary: $152,000 per year
