Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior HRIS Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our Accounting, Finance, HR, IT and Payroll teams, as well as other strategic business partners, to align systems in a way that fully supports our company growth. The position also requires installing, implementing, modifying and upgrading software and applications to meet changing business needs and new technology. Applicants should have technical experience optimizing internal HR systems to support business needs, while providing excellent customer service to employees. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, possesses excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, and is able to quickly adapt to evolving priorities.Â
A day on the job looks like this:Â
- Maintaining optimal functionality of the organizationâs internal HR information services systemsâŻÂ
- Providing technical support, troubleshooting and guidance to employeesÂ
- Working collaboratively with various business functions to automate processes using HR technologyÂ
- Developing reporting and analysis related to our people information, such as timekeeping data, census reports and customized analysis for business leadersÂ
- Maintaining employee records for a population of 4,600+ team members at all locations, including our headquarters, distribution centers and retail stores throughout the U.S.A.Â
- Overseeing data management and integrity of system data and projectsÂ
- Assisting with other HRIS projects and module enhancementsÂ
- Serving as a point of back-up for other team membersÂ
Qualifications

- BA/BS degree in Business, HR, IT or a related fieldÂ
- 5+ years of experience in an HR systems role, with heavy experience in report writingÂ
- Strong organizational skills and great follow-throughÂ
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel âŚ
