WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Fors Marsh is seeking a Senior Health Education Training Consultant. This individual would work in a team environment, collaborating with experts from across the company. This job is best suited for an individual who seeks to develop creative, engaging, and effective learning solutions for healthcare providers and healthcare administrators and who enjoys working with a team.

*This position is a part-time, hourly role. There would be no more than 30 hours of work per week to start. We expect the division to grow and eventually this position would become a 30 or 40 hours per week schedule.


Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the development of innovative learning solutions, working with other team members and content experts
  • Advising clients and team members on innovative learning solutions including gaming, story-based training such as graphic novels, adaptive learning, and other strategies to promote learning
  • Leads the development of simulations for learning and performance improvement
  • Applies tools such as artificial intelligence to support the training development and evaluation process
  • Leads business development efforts including proposal development, creation of marketing materials such as case studies, blogs, and white papers

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Master’s degree in instructional design or related field such as instructional technology or master’s degree in industrial organizational psychology
  • 10 or more years of experience designing, developing, and evaluating training products including experience creating instructional products for healthcare providers
  • Experience working with the CDC
  • Experience using innovative learning strategies such as graphic novels, gaming, or other innovations
  • Experience designing and developing accredited training for clinicians Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Experience collaborating with clients to identify potential learning solutions
  • Experience leading successful proposals to address client needs or delivering briefing to clients to address their needs

Preferred

  • Experience using artificial intelligence in the analysis, design, development, and evaluation process

Hourly: $52.88 - $57.68 hourly rate
