The Opportunity
As a GTM Strategy & Analytics Manager, you will create, own, and leverage a variety of data sources to develop analytics, dashboards, visualization tools, and corporate strategies to help drive critical business decisions and strategies across the revenue organization and Flock as a whole.
The Skillset
BS/MS in a technical field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics or related field, or equivalent industry experience
Strong SQL skills (with a proven track record of data analytics-centric roles)
Proven track record leading strategic initiatives and conducting strategic assessments (ideally in a management consulting role) with material impact to an organization
Strong experience building financial planning analyses such as revenue forecasts, pricing, quota planning, cost of sales, etc…
Strong experience in Tableau, Looker, or comparable Data visualization tools
Ability to communicate and drive for solutions to complex and abstract problems
Effectively communicate and seek to understand and be understood
Strong experience with Salesforce
Experience working directly with C-suite executives with little to zero oversight
