This is a high-impact role where you will own achieving performance goals for our top mobile title. Leveraging your expertise in marketing and user acquisition, you’ll drive substantial growth for a game that has already achieved product-market fit. You’ll strategically navigate the nuances of multiple ad networks to scale effectively and maximize returns.

What you'll get to create:

  • Strategic Execution: Develop and implement processes and frameworks for profitable user acquisition campaign strategies at scale, mastering the CAC vs. LTV equation. 
  • Creative Testing: Conceptualize and iterate on ad creatives to surpass performance goals.
  • Performance Metrics: Measure and exceed performance KPIs across all user acquisition channels and stages of the acquisition funnel.
  • Cost/Benefit Analysis: Conduct and communicate cost/benefit analysis of user acquisition projects, including creative testing and campaign initiatives.
  • Budget Optimization: Strategically allocate and manage marketing spend for profitability and scale.
  • Performance Evaluation: Develop tools and frameworks for ongoing performance measurement, evaluation, and optimization of user acquisition efforts.
  • Benchmarking: Lead the benchmarking and competitive reporting process to gather market intelligence and shape performance objectives, staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Adapt and Iterate : Create action and testing plans to continuously iterate on existing processes, and enhance effectiveness in user acquisition, ensuring responsiveness to evolving market dynamics and continued achievement of growth targets.
  • Collaboration: Partner cross functionally to devise and analyze product experiments, contributing to data-driven decision making.
