We founded the company as a fully-remote team (pre Covid!) and are open to applicants that live within a 5 hour time zone difference of US Pacific Time.

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will lead the definition of our paid social media strategy and the implementation of campaigns end-to-end (from brief to build, analysis and sharing learnings). Ideal person is a self-starter who is unfazed by ambiguity, willing to get in the trenches and looks at it as an opportunity to come in early and create a paid social user acquisition flywheel at scale across different platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, X etc. You will be collaborating closely with colleagues across product, creative, data, liaising with agencies and be responsible for setting up campaigns, measuring results, and socializing learnings. Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management:

    • Coordinate w/ external partners (agencies) to launch and Optimize Campaigns: Daily management of paid social campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. This includes setting up ad sets, adjusting bids, targeting, and monitoring budgets to ensure optimal performance.

    • A/B Testing: Continuously run A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to identify high-performing variations and apply learnings to improve CTR, conversion rates, and overall campaign effectiveness.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:

    • Performance Tracking: Regularly analyze campaign performance metrics such as CPA, ROI, LTV, CTR, and conversion rates. Use data insights to make real-time adjustments to campaigns.
