About the Role

As our Sr. Graphic Designer, you will define and guide the development of Splash, Inc.’s brand strategy and visual identity throughout the creative lifecycle, from conceptualization to delivery. You will collaborate with our Marketing and Product teams, identifying opportunities inside and outside the product to bring the fun, excitement, and human connection of Splash, Inc.’s gaming platforms to life. This role is perfect for a creative individual hungry to go bold and contribute to building a winning brand identity that can hang next to some of the most well-known, world-class brands in the sports and entertainment industries.

Location

This is a remote role only accepting candidates who reside in the following states: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Washington D.C., Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Missouri, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, and Texas.

Responsibilities

  • Develop our creative strategy for our master brand, sports gaming platforms, and titles/formats catering to different sports audiences.
  • Elevate the brand by creating a distinctive brand voice and visual identity that resonates with our target audiences while ensuring we show up as world-class on the sports stage and drive its evolution as we grow.
  • Partner closely with marketing and product to inform our visual presence across various platforms, including the web, mobile web, and app.
  • Drive the design process from concept development and strategic implementation to hands-on visual design and asset creation.
  • Partner with the broader marketing team to build out performance-driven advertising campaign programs, up-level product launches, social assets, email design, and website pages.
  • Create efficiency within our design operations, managing the creative backlog and roadmap, ensuring work is prioritized and executed to meet business timelines and goals.
  • Provide a leading voice in design critiques through thoughtful feedback and strategic insights across product and design teams.
  • Create the variety of assets that fuel the marketing machine: graphics for our social and web presence, email, in-app, marketing materials, and beyond!
