Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 5%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 5%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

The Senior Floor Plan Lending Analyst will be responsible for day-to-day operations as it relates to new and existing credit applications. This role will perform a variety of duties centered around approving marine retail and commercial loan applications, floor plan financing, collateral reviews, and financial analysis, and will be presented with a number of other opportunities to grow and manage the aggregate portfolio of maritime loans. 

Responsibilities:

• Maintains an understanding of all products, pricing, underwriting criteria and disclosures for all commercial La Victoire Finance loan products, as per policies, procedures and federal regulations
• Able to provide clear explanations to customers and dealers on related items pertaining to applications and closings, while establishing expectations with related parties
• Ensures loans are originated, processed, and closed in accordance with LV policies and procedures as well as state and federal regulations
• Analyzes applicable credit documentation to determine loan eligibility, and submits credit recommendations to Credit/Underwriting team
• Confirms all required credit documents and underwriting conditions have been satisfied prior to loan closing/funding
• Assists the Pipeline Manager and Relationship Managers with preparing credit packages for annual reviews by obtaining and analyzing borrower financial information
• Contacts customers on a regular basis to obtain pertinent documents pertaining to existing loan applications and communicate status

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience within the financial services industry, or comparable experience demonstrating increasing responsibility, with a focus on loan processing, underwriting, and closing
