The role:

Financial planning and analysis enables Galileo to develop and execute on its growth strategy by driving financial visibility and accountability, built on strong relationships and grounded in facts.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead revenue forecasting efforts by analyzing historical data and market trends, as well as working cross functionally with revenue management teams, to produce accurate financial projections.
  • Develop and maintain advanced financial models to support key decision-making processes and business strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.
  • Conduct variance reporting by comparing actual financial performance to forecasts, and explain key drivers of discrepancies.

What you’ll need:

  • 3+ years of related experience, ideally in financial planning and analysis 
  • Great modeling skills with the ability to create models from scratch, manipulate large data sets and summarize insights 
  • Strong Microsoft Powerpoint or Google Slides presentation skills, and familiarity with financial planning systems
  • An analytical and inquisitive mindset, ability to solve problems, strong work ethic, attention to detail, prompt and clear communication skills, time and project management skills, positive attitude, and a results orientation
  • Ability to prepare, present and influence at the executive level by building strong cross-functional relationships 
  • Ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment

  • Workday Financials
  • SQL
  • Ability to develop analytics tools, such as Tableau and Looker to create dashboards
Compensation and Benefits The base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, and location.    This role may also be eligible for a bonus and/or long term incentives.
