Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company
We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst with a data analytics background to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Revenue and Product financial planning and analysis activities, as well as developing and implementing data-driven insights and recommendations to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, and have an understanding of financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial planning and analysis process to forecast revenue for certain key subsets of our business.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on financial performance and business insights.
- Develop and implement analytics and data-driven insights to support business decision-making.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with accounting to ensure accuracy and compliance of financial statements.
- Manage ad-hoc projects as required to support business needs.
