Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare global financial results, forecasting, and budgeting consolidation and analytics.
  • Drive insights into business performance to support enhanced decision-making.
  • Partners with Finance IT on financial systems and reporting design.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve long-term strategic objectives.
  • Support cross-functional finance business partners in identifying and explaining and/or resolving unusual fluctuations in consolidated financial reports.
  • Support the Corporate FP&A leaders with compiling material for board meetings and other internal presentations/reports and other ad-hoc projects and financial analysis projects as required.

 

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, Sales Operations and/or Consulting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related business majors.
  • Proficient in ERP systems, ERM systems (Adaptive Insights) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in the Tech/Software industry (with recurring revenues) a plus.
  • Must be a self-starter with the intellectual curiosity to be a problem solver.
  • Displays a strong ability to build models and develop outputs for stakeholder-friendly consumption.
  • Has a proven track record of extracting, manipulating, and delivering insights from large data sets.
  • Manages ambiguity, proactively ideating solutions to key business problems.
  • Is able to influence peers and leaders, presenting financial concepts to a non-financial audience.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.  An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $85,000 - $110,000.
