We are looking for Senior Finance Analyst – Capital Markets to play a pivotal role in the company’s capital markets function within Treasury.  The primary goal is to ensure optimal execution of capital market transactions to provide the best economics for the enterprise. WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Salary: $74,000 - $100,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Support the development and execution of capital market transactions including bond issuances, redemptions and funding -agreement backed notes (FABNs)Coordinate with law operation and outside counsel to develop and review key company legal agreements for the inaugural senior unsecured debt program
  • Support the quarterly update to the FABN program including reviewing MD&A, update investor and rating agency charts and slides with external statutory and GAAP information.
  • Coordinate internal parties related to capital markets execution, investor communications and expectations
  • Drive key projects and processes for accurate and timely execution of financial strategies and corporate initiatives.
  • Monitor and research peers and key industry trends to provide feedback to senior management on capital markets strategy
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders in the capital markets process including investment banks, investors, rating agencies, internal stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, Investments, Law Operation, and Strategic Business Units.
  • Enhance operational efficiencies and knowledge sharing by leading process improvements, mentoring junior analysts, and optimizing financial workflows to drive strategic value across the organization.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Capital Markets & Financial Expertise –Understanding of complex financial concepts, capital structures, investment strategies, Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and risk assessment.
  • Accounting Expertise: Deep understanding of statutory and GAAP financial accounting principles
  • Strategic & Analytical Thinking – Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills with expertise in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and market trend evaluation. Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analytics tools.
  • Transaction & Process Leadership – Proven ability to manage multiple capital markets transactions and project management abilities.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience engaging cross-functional teams and relationship-building across the enterprise.
  • Entrepreneurial & Results-Driven Mindset – Proactive and resourceful with a strong ability to navigate ambiguity and drive strategic initiatives forward. Comfortable managing confidential financial information while identifying and mitigating risks in a dynamic market environment.

  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:

  • Educational & Professional Qualifications – Advanced degree or equivalent experience in a finance-related field. Designations such as CPA, CFA, or FRM preferred but not required.
  • Industry Experience – Knowledge of the insurance industry or financial services is beneficial, though experience across various industries is also welcome.
