The Role

As the Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO of Kintsugi, you are at the nexus of our organization's operations. Your primary goal is ensuring a seamless operation and minimal distractions for the office of the CEO, allowing for optimal decision-making and leadership effectiveness. This is a pivotal opportunity to support our leadership in advancing Kintsugi's overarching vision and mission.

Kintsugi offers a holistic total rewards package designed to support our employees in all aspects of their life inside and outside of work. The expected base salary for this position will range from $125,000 - $160,000 in addition to equity. Actual compensation may vary from posted base salary depending on your confirmed job-related skills and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and lead key project initiatives, ensuring efficient execution, timely completion, and alignment with organizational objectives. This involves coordinating with various departments, liaising with stakeholders, and engaging external partners.
  • Efficiently manage and optimize the CEO's calendar, focusing on effective time management. This includes grouping similar meetings, carving out time for undisturbed work, and accommodating early meetings as needed.
