You’ll join our fast paced, versatile Admin & Office Experience (AOX) team who supports the highest priorities of our executives at Expel. Specifically, you’ll directly support our Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Revenue Officer, and their organizations. In addition, you’ll be part of helping conceptualize and execute company-wide engagement alongside the AOX team. Your skills and experience will add an invaluable contribution to elevating the standard for how we operate and help guide Expel’s maturing capabilities.
The ideal candidate will be trusted with managing a wide range of responsibilities to support both c-level executives and broader company objectives. The person in this role will have a demonstrated track record of taking initiative, navigating and acting upon ambiguity, and the ability to work both independently and on a close-knit team to consistently deliver results and raise the bar for what success looks like. In this fast-paced setting, we need someone who has a skill for anticipating needs, proactively and strategically planning ahead, and serving as a steady and reliable presence to keep executives, their teams, and company priorities all in balance.
What you can do for Expel
- Provide dedicated executive support to the Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Revenue Officer, ensuring seamless workflow management
- Act as a strategic partner by identifying ways to optimize time, proactively taking tasks off their plate, and initiating projects on their behalf
- Independently manage complex, dynamic executive calendars, resolving scheduling conflicts, proposing solutions, and ensuring agendas are well-organized and communicated
- Exercise sound judgment; assume responsibility for decisions, consequences, and results impacting executives, teams, and/or quality of service within the functional area
- Proactively identify and manage special projects to enhance the AOX team’s efficiency, including project tracking and process improvement
