You will work directly with the Senior Manager of Engineering in our Scheduling and Availability group, and will be building a best-in-class scheduling experience that empowers users to host exceptional meetings and offers invitees the smoothest booking experience in the industry.

On a typical day, you will be working on: 

  • Hiring engineers to build out both new and existing squads for the company, with oversight on all team members that get hired onto the squad
  • Solving problems for millions of users, from local businesses to our largest enterprise customers
  • Driving initiatives that reimagine how the world meets
  • Coach, mentor, and onboard new engineering team members
  • Ensure the career development, satisfaction, and productivity of the engineers on your team
  • Identify future technical needs and create plans to meet them
  • Provide feedback and guidance to help us continuously grow and scale 

What do we need from you?

  • 5+ years experience leading a team 
  • 10+ years of overall development experience (Ruby on Rails is preferred, however other languages such as Python, Go, and PHP are accepted)
